This city of Victoria is the
capital of British Columbia and a lovely place to visit. To travel
from Victoria to Whistler, drive north along highway #1 and take the BC
Ferry from Nanaimo (on Vancouver Island) to Horseshoe Bay (on the mainland).
From Horseshoe Bay, drive north for 1.5 hours along highway 99 (Sea to Sky
Highway) to Whistler BC.
